Premium Homes, Chandigarh mein actual ground reality kya hai for living? I'm in real estate myself but buying for personal use is different, you know. Brochures toh sab achha dikhate hain, but commute time, daily hassles, ya hidden issues kya hain? Not sure if the premium is really worth it long term. Sahi baat hai, U7. Mere friend ne bhi aise hi ek naye builder ke project mein invest kiya tha Mullanpur Garibdass mein, aur possession mein 2 saal delay ho gaya. Sirf brochures pe mat jaana, site visit aur legal checks bahut zaroori hain. Premium homes mein bhi yeh risk hota hai.
