Okay, I'll be honest — I'm completely confused about this upgrade decision. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa in Chandigarh. Already have a home loan, so the EMI jump will be significant, not sure if it's worth it. I'm looking at places like Uppal Marble Arch. Brochure mein toh sab kuch best lagta hai, but real-world experience kya hai? Especially about their clubhouse facilities – are they actually used daily, ya sirf dikhaane ke liye ghost facilities hain? Aur maintenance charges? Kya woh high charges actual service quality justify karte hain, ya bas flat billing hoti hai? Is the price jump worth it for these promised amenities and the daily living experience? Koi apna experience share kar sakta hai?
