Bhai, premium homes mein hidden risks toh pakka hote hain, especially agar builder Tejraj Infra Llp jaisa ho jiska track record bilkul naya ya non-existent ho. Maine suna hai aise builders initial offers bahut attractive dete hain, par baad mein possession delays, quality issues, aur after-sales mein completely gayab ho jaate hain. ₹1.2 crore ka budget hai, toh yeh risk lena theek nahi lagta.
