Honestly, samajh nahi aa raha which one offers better value for money. Kisi ka experience hai wahan? Construction quality ya future appreciation, which one should I prioritize? U1, bilkul sahi kaha! Main bhi Saini Bhawan aur aas paas ke projects dekh raha hoon. Builders bahut promises karte hain, par delivery ka pata nahi. Location toh achi hai, connectivity wise. Par future appreciation ka kya scene hai?
