Premium Homes corridor — I'm seriously looking into properties here for investment. Being based in Dubai, site visits are tough, so I need to rely on community insights. My main concern is the long-term investment thesis. Kya yahan rental yields really justify the high entry price point? I'm thinking about a 2 BHK. Power of attorney and property management bhi ek big headache hai, right? Koi experience share kar sakta hai ki NRI investment ke liye kitna feasible hai? Appreciation potential kaisa dikh raha hai for the next 5-7 years? Not sure if it's overvalued already.

Premium Homes? Bhai, rental yield toh bhool jao. Only capital appreciation people are betting on. But even that's slowing down with current market conditions. It's not the 2021 boom anymore, interest rates are higher.
Sahi keh rahe ho, mera friend Akshayanagar mein liya tha, abhi tak vacancy hai. He's struggling to find tenants even after reducing rent. NRI investment aur bhi risky lag raha hai.
