₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Total Environment The Magic Faraway Tree is making me rethink. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade, already have a home loan. Is the price jump worth it for these premium projects? Yaar, brochures mein toh sab amazing lagta hai. But amenities like the clubhouse, gym, pool – are they actually used daily, ya sirf dikhawe ke hain? And the maintenance charges, are they justified by the service, or just a big bill? Kya bolte ho?

But a good gym and a decent pool are genuinely useful, I'd pay a bit extra for those if maintained well. Is Total Environment known for good maintenance services after possession, or do they also cut corners?
