Honestly, I'm tired of brochure images versus reality. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, I'm eyeing Palm Grande Exclusive Villas for an upgrade. Is that premium justified? For residents, how are the green areas? Do they feel spacious, or cramped? And the children's play area – is it actually usable and safe, or just a tiny, ignored corner? Your thoughts?
