Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which project. Pune mein Tej Ameet (3 Cr+) aur Raj Heramba 1 Hallmark Aveneu Phase II (around 80L) dekh raha hoon. Tej Ameet mein carpet area efficiency utni nahi lag rahi for the price, aur total cost of ownership toh bahut zyada ho jayega. Raj Heramba affordable hai but will it appreciate well in 5 years? Yaar, premium projects mein kya better ROI milta hai? Confused hoon, logon ke experiences kya hain?
