₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sarjapur Road feels like a lot, especially for future ROI. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade. Lodha Codename Sarjapur is on my radar, but I'm worried about basic utilities. Brochure mein toh sab dikha dete hain, but power backup kitna milega? Full flat ya sirf common areas? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency is a nightmare for tenants. Does the premium for these projects really justify reliable utilities ya sirf fancy amenities ka hype hai? Kya bolte ho?

Totally agree! 1.5 Cr for Sarjapur is already high, but Lodha Codename is actually starting at ₹1.8 Cr. And utilities are a huge concern. Brochure mein toh sab gold dikhaate hain, reality alag hoti hai.

Haan bhai, full flat backup is rare unless you pay extra, which they don't tell you upfront.
