Presidency Presithum vs Purvanchal: Which one is better?
I'm confused between Presidency Presithum and Purvanchal Oriental Insurance Apartments in Noida. Presidency is ready to move, but kya Purvanchal mein construction quality achi hai? Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Also, what about amenities? Does Presidency justify its price? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega? Has anyone experienced living in either? Mujhe advice chahiye, I'm really confused. What do you think?

Yaar, same confusion here! Presidency ka price sunke hi darr lagta hai, but Purvanchal itna purana hai, will it be a good investment? Especially for a first-time buyer like me.
