Presithum vs 34 Pavilion: Which Noida project is better?
Hey guys, I'm kinda confused. Looking to buy a ready-to-move flat in Noida. I've shortlisted Presidency Presithum and Supertech 34 Pavilion. Anyone has experience with either? What's the real carpet area like, compared to what they advertise? I'm hearing mixed reviews about Supertech, tbh. Presithum looks good, but the price seems a bit high. Also, what about resale value in 5 years? Which one do you think will appreciate more? And kya aap logon ko pata hai about the maintenance charges in both societies? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

Dekho, Supertech ka 34 Pavilion toh thoda risky lag raha hai. Unka track record pichle 5 saal se bahut kharab hai. Presithum, on the other hand, seems more reliable, especially since it's RERA registered as UPRERAPRJ17502 and possession is slated for 2024-06-29. Ready-to-move hai toh tension kam hai. Mere ek colleague ne Ajayabpur mein ek project liya tha, usko bhi Supertech ne bahut rulaya tha. Isiliye, my personal advice would be to lean towards Presithum, even if it's slightly pricier, for peace of mind.

Presithum ka naam suna hai, but price point ki wajah se socha nahi zyada. Maintenance charges ka bhi darr hai, kahin hidden costs na ho.
