Did a site visit to Prestige City last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa there. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Everyone glorifies Prestige's brand, but nobody talks about the insane investor-to-end-user ratio. Is it just me, or will this become a ghost society post-possession, making resale super tough? The pre-launch prices were good, but at current ₹2.5 Cr+, what real capital appreciation is left for an investor? Honestly, the rental yields I've heard aren't justifying this premium. Who buys a 3BHK from an investor in 5-7 years if the market's flooded? Disagree? Tell me why.
