Totally agree, yaar! I've been hearing mixed reviews about Prestige City's construction quality too. My cousin booked in their Akshayanagar project a few years back and faced so many delays and issues post-possession. It makes me wonder if the 'Prestige' brand name is just for show now. For ₹45 L – ₹1.6 Cr, we expect top-notch, not just fancy clubhouses. Is it really worth it for investment?
