Bhai, Prestige ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Quality issues are common with these big builders trying to fast-track projects. Especially with such a huge project like Avalon Park, managing quality across all 950 units is a nightmare.
Totally agree. My friend booked in their other project near Akshayanagar, and there were so many delays and minor finishing issues. Not what you expect for ₹1.5 Cr minimum, right? It's a huge investment for first-time buyers like us.
