Prestige City clubhouse: Are we paying for empty spaces?

₹1.5 lakh annual maintenance for Prestige City and what for? Just moved in 3 months ago. Everyone glorifies those huge clubhouses and fancy pools for resale, but honestly, they're ghost towns. My tenants won't pay extra for unused facilities. Is this just wasted money for investors? Change my mind.
