Prestige City mein clubhouse toh hai, but is it just for show? Just moved in two months back, and honestly, the grand clubhouse feels like a ghost facility. Barely anyone uses it daily, aur jo amenities dikhaye the, unka actual upkeep kaisa hai, not sure. Green spaces bhi bas naam ke hain, towers ke beech mein thoda bohot. Maintenance charges toh full lete hain, but actual value for money lag nahi raha. Anyone else feel this discrepancy between brochure aur reality?

It's so frustrating! Har jagah yahi kahani hai. Builders bas grand promises karte hain aur baad mein sab hawa ho jaata hai. Aur upar se Bengaluru mein property prices already sky-high hain. Aise mein agar amenities bhi na milein, toh fir kya fayda? Current market conditions mein is project mein invest karna wise hoga ya wait karna chahiye?

This is a classic builder trap, yaar. Mere ek dost ne Akshayanagar mein ek project mein liya tha, wahan bhi brochure mein swimming pool, gym, community hall sab dikhaya tha. Jab possession mila, toh pool chhota sa, gym mein 2 machines, aur community hall bas ek bada kamra. Maintenance charges full lete hain, but facilities ka upkeep zero. Always cross-check with existing residents if possible. I learned this the hard way after booking my first flat and regretting it for years.
Same pinch! Main bhi Prestige City mein invest karne ka soch raha tha, but yeh sunke toh confidence hil gaya. Main toh bas RERA number PR/200821/004260 aur possession date 2024-12-01 dekh ke aage badh raha tha. Par agar facilities hi theek nahi hain toh kya fayda? Kisi ko possession ka latest update pata hai kya? Ya koi delay ki news?
Possession toh theek hai, but units ke types aur size ke hisaab se price range (₹45 L – ₹1.6 Cr) mein bahut difference hai. Kis unit type mein delay expected hai? Aur clubhouse amenities sab units ke liye same hain ya kuch premium?
Dec 2024 is the official date, but I heard from a sales rep that some blocks might get delayed till early 2025 due to material supply issues. My previous builder also promised a lot, and then delayed by almost a year. Budget-conscious buyers like us really suffer from these uncertainties.
Haan, RERA number toh valid hai aur official possession date Dec 2024 hi hai. Lekin builders ki delays toh common hain, expect karke chalo. Mere ek friend ka project bhi 6 mahine late hua tha.
Bhai, totally agree! Prestige City ka brochure dekh ke toh laga tha luxury resort mein reh rahe hain, but clubhouse aur amenities ka haal sunke darr lag raha hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain aur budget bahut tight hai. Kya har builder ka yahi haal hota hai? Tension ho rahi hai.
