What's the real story with construction quality post-possession? Just moved into Prestige City last month, aur abhi se thode issues dikh rahe hain. Minor cracks, paint peeling... is this normal after just a few months? I'm worried about long-term maintenance costs and resale value, especially for an investment property. Builder bolta hai sab theek hai, but I'm seeing neighbours complain about seepage and fitting problems already. Also, power backup ka kya scene hai? Sirf common areas ya full flat? Aur lifts ka maintenance response time kaisa hai? These small things really affect tenant experience and ROI.
