Prestige City: Daily amenities ka premium worth it hai?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm really struggling to justify the premium for these bigger projects. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Prestige City. Mera main concern hai daily life quality. Jaise, elevators. My current building mein lifts baar baar kharab hoti rehti hain. In these high-rise projects, especially with more floors, is elevator quality and maintenance response time actually reliable? Yaar, does it impact tenant attraction or resale value if lifts are always down? Also, children's play areas. Are they genuinely usable and safe for kids ya bas naam ke liye? For investors, does paying extra for these amenities actually translate into better ROI ya bas EMI badh jaati hai?
