Prestige City delivery expectations need a serious reality check. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spiel, but buying for myself is totally different. My wife and I have been looking for a 3BHK in East Bangalore, checking out a few delivered Prestige City units. The clubhouse, which looked amazing in brochures, felt a bit neglected already. Saw some broken tiles near the pool and gym equipment that seemed surprisingly basic, not the 'world-class' stuff they touted. My biggest worry is the actual apartment quality. Noticed hairline cracks in a 2-year-old flat and some seepage near a bathroom window. This isn't just super area vs carpet area games; this is physical wear and tear after such a short time. Is this common for Prestige, or just bad luck for that unit? How responsive is maintenance for these kinds of issues post-possession?
