Prestige City: High maintenance, ghost amenities?

Prestige City — just moved into my 3BHK last month and trying to figure things out. The maintenance charges seem pretty high, honestly. We're paying like ₹5/sqft, but I'm not seeing much value for it. The clubhouse is huge, but it often feels like a ghost town; is anyone actually using the gym or swimming pool regularly? Or is it mostly for brochure photos? Also, the parking allocation is a mess. I got one spot, but guest parking is a constant struggle, and it feels super cramped. It's like things nobody tells you until you're already in. Has anyone else faced this kind of disconnect between promised amenities and actual usability? Am I the only one feeling this about the facilities here?
