Prestige City — I've been tracking this project since its launch, thinking about a fourth property for investment. My last two investments gave decent ROI, but Bengaluru ka market thoda different hai. I'm looking at the resale market here closely. What's the scene for units bought at pre-launch prices, say ₹85L? Will there be enough end-user demand for exit in 5-7 years, ya sirf investor-to-investor sale hi hoga? I've seen projects with high investor ratios struggle with liquidity later on. Builder ka track record sahi hai no doubt, but the price range of ₹85L-₹2.5Cr makes me wonder if the secondary market will be active enough for quick exits. Kya lagta hai, is it a calculated risk or just too much speculation now?
