Prestige City: Investor feedback on infra quality?

Prestige City — I'm seriously looking at a 3BHK here for investment, maybe upgrade from my current 2BHK in Whitefield later. Heard mixed things about water supply reliability. Is tanker dependency a big issue there, especially for resale or attracting good tenants? Already have a home loan so want to make sure the premium for a bigger place is justified. My main concern is long-term operational costs impacting ROI. Also, what's the deal with elevator quality and maintenance response times? Are they quick if one breaks down? These small things can really impact daily life and tenant satisfaction, which eventually hits rental yield. What are your experiences, especially from an investor's angle?
