Prestige City — I'm really eyeing a 2BHK here for investment, around 90L. Honestly, I'm a bit nervous about under-construction properties, especially the delivery timelines. Is their RERA compliance truly solid? My worry is also about investor ratio; don't want to end up in a ghost society, you know? What's the ground reality?

Yaar, Prestige City ka naam toh bada hai, but 90L for a 2BHK under construction? Thoda risky lag raha hai. I'm also worried about the RERA compliance. Builder log dates extend karte rehte hain, aur phir penalty bhi nahi dete time pe. Iska track record kaisa hai, delivery ke mamle mein?
