After 7 years of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again. I'm finally taking the plunge, but everyone glorifies Prestige City. Honestly, it feels like an investor hub, not a real family home. Keya Life By The Lake, though pricier, seems to have actual green space and a proper community. Prestige's builder trust is okay, but are we just buying into future ghost societies? Not sure if the ongoing construction gamble is worth it compared to a ready, established place. Change my mind.

It's a tough call, honestly. Prestige has the brand name and scale, which can be good for resale value later, but the wait and the 'investor hub' feel are real concerns. Keya Life offers immediate living and community, but at a premium. What are your priorities, U1? Ready-to-move ka peace of mind ya thoda budget save karke wait karna? Ultimately, it comes down to what you value more in your first home. Have you visited both sites?
Is it just me or are property prices in Bengaluru just insane right now? Even 45L for a 1BHK in Prestige City feels like a lot, considering the interest rates. I'm looking at Aavalahalli too, but everything is just pushing my budget limits.
Bhai, Prestige City is a massive project with 3000 units. Think about the amenities and maintenance for such a huge society! Plus, RERA number PR/200821/004260 is there, so some transparency is guaranteed. My cousin booked a flat in Adigara Kallahalli and regretted not checking the RERA before, facing huge delays. At least here, the builder is reputed, but the sheer scale is daunting. I'm worried about density and future traffic issues.
Keya Life sounds good, but 'pricier' kitna pricier? My budget is already stretched thin at 70-80L. Prestige City ka 45L range looks tempting for a first-time buyer like me. Is it really worth paying significantly more for Keya Life?
Yeah, my friend got a 3BHK in Prestige City for 1.2 Cr, but it's still under construction. Keya Life ke reviews toh ache hain, but budget ka issue sabka hai.
U5, I heard Keya Life starts at 90L for a decent 2BHK. That's a huge jump! But then again, ready-to-move ka peace of mind alag hota hai, no construction tension.
Totally agree with you! Prestige City feels less like a home and more like a commodity for investors. Sab investment property leke rakhe hain wahan. What about actual living? Keya Life ka green space wala point is very valid.
Haan yaar, woh toh hai. Plus, Prestige City ka possession date bhi 2024-end hai. Kitna delay hoga, kaun jaane?
Sahi baat hai! Wahan toh hamesha construction hi chalta rehta hai, noise pollution ka kya? I visited a site in Akshayanagar near Prestige City, same vibe. Family ke saath peace chahiye yaar.
