Been tracking Bengaluru property for a year now from Dubai. I'm looking at Prestige City or maybe some Keya Homes projects in Whitefield/Sarjapur. Investment ke liye dekh raha hoon, but legal due diligence pe अटक गया hoon. Can't do site visits easily, so relying on community insights. RERA registration kaise properly check karein aur kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Also, builder ka legal track record verify karne ka kya best tareeka hai? Title verification steps mein kya miss kar sakta hoon, especially remotely? Koi help kar sakta hai?

Bhai, same boat! Bengaluru property toh dream hai but legal checks are a nightmare, especially remotely. Prestige City toh bada naam hai but Keya Homes ka maine bhi suna hai. RERA registration properly kaise check karein, ispe main bhi stuck hoon. Koi tips do yaar!
Haan yaar, RERA website pe details hoti hain, but woh bhi kitni authentic hoti hain, kaun jaane? Bahut confusion hai.
