The actual handover process seems like a minefield in Bengaluru. I'm checking out 2BHKs around Whitefield, looking at Prestige City and also Keya Life By The Lake near Sarjapur. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. I'm honestly nervous about what happens at possession. Has anyone bought from Prestige or Keya recently? What kind of surprises popped up at the final stage? Was the carpet area close to what was advertised, or was there a huge difference? Also, how's the society maintenance a couple of years down the line for these projects? My parents keep saying builders promise the moon, but then you're stuck with issues. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, any experiences would be super helpful.
