Prestige City — everyone glorifies the location and brand, but honestly, nobody talks about the actual possession experience. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is different. We're promised top-tier amenities and flawless construction. Yet, off the record, how many of you faced immediate snag-list issues post-possession? Cracks, seepage, faulty fittings... is this just a standard thing now? My last site visit showed so much potential, but I'm worried about the reality. Are the clubhouses and facilities even functional or just for show?
