Prestige City power backup is a joke

Just moved into Prestige City last month, and honestly, things nobody told me about power backup. They said full flat, but it's just common areas and one light point. My laptop dies constantly. Also, water supply is already tanker dependent. Not even peak summer. Is this normal for new societies? What's your first-hand experience?
