Visited Prestige City site last Saturday, quite impressed with the scale honestly. My budget for a 2BHK is around 90L to 1.1 Cr, and they're quoting ₹1.05 Cr for a decent unit, but that's just the base. My main concern as an investor is the resale market. I'm hearing a lot about high investor ratios in these big projects, will it lead to a 'ghost society' feel ya phir resale mein problem aayegi for a quick exit? What's the general sentiment on its liquidity and capital appreciation after 5 years? Parents keep saying "ready-to-move lelo", but I'm thinking about the ROI on this under-construction. Builder ka track record on delivery time pe kya scene hai?
