Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Prestige City dekh raha hun. Everyone talks about the fancy amenities, but no one really discusses the actual water supply. Is it truly reliable ya tanker-dependent? Maintenance charges are high, but if water bhi tanker se aayega, then it's a huge letdown. Change my mind.

Totally agree, yaar! Bangalore mein water supply is a huge headache in new projects, especially the big ones. Builders promise the moon but then it's all borewell and tankers. Prestige City ka name toh bada hai, but water is a basic need, not a luxury amenity. My biggest concern too.
