Prestige City: What's the real resale outlook?

Just moved into Prestige City last month. Seeing quite a few units on resale already. Makes me wonder, is the secondary market here actually liquid? My worry is the high investor ratio might make it tough to offload later. What are your thoughts on exit strategy for an investor here? Should I expect good capital appreciation, or is rental yield the only play?
