After getting possession of my 2BHK in Prestige City three months ago, I'm starting to think long-term investment. My search journey was exhausting, honestly. I looked at so many projects but Prestige's track record felt safest. Now that I'm settled, I'm wondering about the resale market here. Is it liquid? What's the expected capital appreciation in, say, 5 years? And realistically, who's the typical buyer for a resale unit in this project?
