Prestige City ka possession experience thoda bumpy laga. Bahut hidden charges the, yaar. Keya Life By The Lake mein post-possession maintenance charges kaise hain? I'm comparing both for end-use.

Totally agree, yaar! Prestige City ka toh experience sunke hi darr lagta hai. Mere ek friend ne Akshayanagar mein liya tha wahan, possession ke time itne hidden charges nikle ki uska pura budget hil gaya. Registry charges, club membership, IFMS, utility setup fee... list lambi thi. Builder ne 1986 se business kiya hai but sometimes lagta hai they bank on their brand name. Keya Life ke baare mein maine zyada suna nahi, but if Prestige is doing this, others might too. End-use ke liye toh aur bhi dikkat hoti hai.
