Prestige City's 3BHK layouts are a family compromise, not an upgrade

Honestly not sure why we started looking at Prestige City again. My wife's main priority is safe neighbourhood, good schools for kids. Uska layout dekhke lagta hai 3BHK mein bhi space kam hai. Daily life ke liye practical hai kya? Kids ke liye play area, community feel kaisa hai yahan? Confused about actual livability.
