Prestige City's build quality often disappoints investors

Prestige City mein construction quality ka kya scene hai after 1-2 years? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya villa, but worried about long-term issues. Kya seepage, cracks, ya fittings problem aate hain? Investor perspective se, yeh sab resale value aur tenant attraction pe kitna impact karta hai? Maintenance cost badh jaati hai kya? Is the premium worth it agar basic quality mein hi issues hain? Already home loan hai, don't want future headaches. Anyone with actual experience?
