What's the real rental potential difference between Prestige City and Keya Life By The Lake for an NRI? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits, so ground truth on tenant demand is crucial. Also, is the investor-to-end-user ratio in Prestige City genuinely high? Worried about ghost societies if I go for an under-construction project. Keya Life seems safer on that front, but its premium is significant. How smooth is the registry process for both, especially with power of attorney?
