Visited a few Prestige and Sobha projects last weekend, near Sarjapur Road. My wife is really concerned about construction quality post-possession for our 3BHK. Kids' safety and school proximity are big. Heard Brigade ya Godrej ka customer support better hai? Is it true, ya sab marketing hai? Real experiences needed.

Totally relate to your wife's concern! We almost booked a 3BHK in a Prestige project in Agrahara Layout last year, but pulled out last minute after hearing horror stories from existing residents. Major issues like plaster falling off, faulty wiring, and very slow response from the maintenance team for common area repairs. Kids' safety was a huge factor for us too, especially with uneven flooring
