₹1.85 Cr for my 3BHK in Prestige's Doddakallasandra project. Just got possession last month, but the final OC charges and society maintenance fund added almost ₹3 lakhs unexpectedly. It messes up my ROI calculations. Did anyone else face such a jump in all-in-cost after booking? Feeling pretty frustrated about these last-minute surprises.

Oh man, I feel you! ₹3 lakhs is no small change. Builders have this habit of springing up these 'final' charges. This is exactly why I'm so nervous about booking my first flat. Prestige se toh yeh expect nahi kiya tha. Totally understand your frustration, yaar.
