Prestige Doddanekkundi visit: Brokers are just glorified salespeople?

Visited a Prestige Group project near Doddanekkundi last Saturday. Need a 3BHK for my growing family, kids' school bhi paas mein ho. Broker ne bola pricing is fixed, koi negotiation nahi. Everyone glorifies brokers for 'deals', but honestly, lagta hai they just push builder inventory. Is it even possible to negotiate in Bengaluru anymore, ya sab fixed hai? Aur yeh hidden charges, especially OC ke time, kitne nikalte hain? Kya broker really helps ya time waste hai? Change my mind.

Totally relate! I visited a project in Akshayanagar last month and the broker was just showing me what he had commission on. Said no negotiation possible, take it or leave it. Feeling so helpless as a first-time buyer. Kya sach mein builders ne ab rate card fix kar diya hai?
