Two years ago, I'd have laughed at these prices. Fed up of renting, finally investing. Everyone glorifies Prestige Elysian, but what's the *actual* rental yield people are getting? My EMI vs rent math for a 2.5 Cr flat seems off. Is the resale market liquid enough for a decent exit in 5 years? Or will it be a ghost town with mostly investors? Change my mind.

I actually know someone who booked a 2BHK here for 1.9 Cr during
Totally agree with U1! I'm also looking at Elysian, and the numbers just don't add up for rental income. Brokers are quoting rent barely covering half the EMI for a 2.2 Cr apartment. Worried about living in an empty building, ya know?

Totally relate! I'm also looking at properties in Akshayanagar, and the rental returns there are barely 2.5-3%. For Prestige Elysian, with its high ticket size, it must be even tougher to justify.
Haan bhai, same exact experience. Rent vs EMI ka gap bahut zyaada hai, itna negative cashflow kaise manage karenge?
