Prestige Ferns Residency isn't a family home

Been looking for a bigger flat for a year now. Prestige Ferns Residency gets so much hype, but honestly, is it really worth the ₹2 Cr+ for a family? Amenities are just okay, and neighbourhood connectivity feels overrated. Change my mind.

Totally agree with you! Hum bhi dekh rahe hain Ferns Residency ko, but ₹2 Cr+ for a 'just okay' place feels like a stretch. Especially for a first-time buyer like me. What kind of amenities are you looking for, actually? Maybe my expectations are too high.

Yaar, I visited it last month. The 2BHKs start at 1.9 Cr and 3BHKs go up to 4.2 Cr! For that price, I expect premium finishes, not 'just
