Prestige Group bullish on Bangalore demand. Agree?
Just watched this video with Irfan Razack talking about Prestige Group's new launches. He's really confident about demand staying strong in Bangalore. Honestly, I'm looking at places like Prestige Elysian, but I'm not sure if the market is *that* hot right now. Are others finding it easy to sell or buy here? What's your experience with current demand for new projects?

Okay, so summary is: Prestige is good, Elysian is completed, but prices are high. Demand is strong, but first-time buyers are struggling with the budget. So, is it a good time to buy, or should we wait for something to cool down? My parents are pushing me to buy, saying prices will only go up.
I visited Prestige Elysian. It's a nice project, good location. But the units felt a bit small for the price. With 548 units, it's a large community. Just wondering if the market can absorb all these high-end units without a price correction soon. What do others think?
I agree with U13, price correction seems unlikely. Look at Adigara Kallahalli, even there prices are stable if not increasing. Small units at high prices is the new normal. For Prestige, people are also buying into the brand value.
Price correction? In Bangalore? Haha, good one! Jokes aside, I wish. But with so many IT companies expanding and people moving here, the demand seems relentless. Maybe a slight dip, but nothing major I feel. The total units being 548 might mean a lot of options, but that also means competition for resale later.
I'm skeptical. While Prestige is a big name, I've heard stories about after-sales service. Plus, 1.8 Cr for a first home is a huge amount. I was hoping for something around 1.2-1.5 Cr max. Maybe I should look outside the city limits?
After-sales service is a valid concern. My uncle had issues with another big builder in Whitefield. Always good to talk to existing residents before committing. The RERA number for Elysian is good, but that doesn't guarantee everything post-possession.
Outside Bangalore is an option, U9, but then what about commute? And re-sale value might be slower. It's a tough choice. I'm also in the 1.5 Cr budget range, and everything good seems to be above 2 Cr.
My friend just bought a flat in Aavalahalli, not Prestige, but even there, the market is crazy. Every property seems to get multiple offers. So yeah, I agree with Irfan Razack to some extent, demand is very strong here. Especially for ready-to-move properties.
But isn't that just creating more pressure? If everyone rushes for completed projects, prices will just shoot up even faster. For someone like me, who's just starting out, it feels impossible to keep up.
Ready-to-move is the key, U6. Nobody wants to wait years anymore. That's why Elysian, being completed, might actually justify its price for some. No tension of builder delaying things.
Bhai, I saw that video too! Irfan Razack is always super confident. But seriously, Prestige Elysian ka price range 1.8 Cr se 3.0 Cr hai, that's a huge commitment for a first-time buyer like me. Is this demand really sustainable at these prices, ya phir hype hai bas?
I think it's a mix of both. Prestige has a good track record, been around since 1986, HQ in Bengaluru itself. So people trust them. But yes, 548 units in Elysian, that's a lot. Demand is there, especially for good builders, but the prices are definitely pushing limits for many.
Exactly, U1! My budget is tight, and these numbers make me nervous. I'm looking at Akshayanagar area, and even there, prices seem to be climbing. Are we missing something, or is this just the new normal for Bangalore?
