Also checked Keya Life By The Lake on Sarjapur Road, which feels a bit more accessible. My biggest question is about long-term appreciation and ease of selling five years down the line. What's the real possession experience like with these builders? I've heard stories about maintenance issues cropping up right after handover, affecting future value. Do they hand over RWA control smoothly, or is that a fight too? Just trying to do the EMI vs rent math right for my first home.
