Prestige Harlur delay – my upgrade plans stuck
My 2BHK in Harlur, from Prestige Group, was supposed to be ready last year but abhi tak OC nahi mila. Builder ne bola tha completion date fix hai, but abhi tak delay ho raha hai. Already EMI chal rahi hai aur rent bhi de raha hoon. We were planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa near Sarjapur Road, budget around ₹1.8 Cr tak. But this whole under-construction experience has left a bad taste. Is it even worth considering under-construction properties anymore in Bengaluru? Ready-to-move toh bohot expensive ho gaye hain, especially in Whitefield or Bellandur. Log bolte hain early bird discount milta hai, but is it worth the mental torture and financial drain? What's your experience with recent under-construction projects, especially in these high-demand areas? Any specific builders to avoid ya phir koi tips for dealing with these delays? Bohot frustration ho rahi hai yaar.
