Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices in Bengaluru. I'm eyeing a 3BHK at Prestige in Hebbal Kempapura, quoting ₹2.1 Cr. From my experience, negotiating directly with builders is tough, often just 1-2% off base price. But I've also heard brokers can sometimes pull strings for better discounts or even get a few lakhs off the PLC. Should I stick to direct builder for transparency or try a good broker for a better deal? What's the community's take on negotiation leverage with these big builders like Prestige?
