Yaar, ye toh bohot high-end hai! 3.4 Cr se shuru? Ghaziabad mein itne expensive flats, woh bhi for first-time buyers like us? I mean, Prestige ka naam hai, but isn't this pushing it a bit too far for the Ghaziabad market? Mera budget toh itna allow nahi karta. Kya aapko lagta hai ki is price point pe log khareedenge?
