Prestige Meridian Park Phase 2 - Brochure mein amenities toh bahut dikh rahe hain, but will they be useful daily? ₹2.10 Cr mein, I need to know if the pool and gym will actually be maintained long-term. Also, daily commute to tech parks from here kaisa hai? My parents are stressing about school proximity. Not sure if it's genuinely good or just good on paper.

Exactly my thoughts! Brochure mein sab fancy lagta hai, but maintenance is a huge cost. ₹2.1 Cr is no joke, you'd expect top-notch services. But builders often cut corners later. What about the RERA number (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/230522/004901)? Does that guarantee anything?
Maintenance ka issue
RERA number toh theek hai, it gives some protection but maintenance guarantee nahi deta. I've seen projects near Aavalahalli where RERA was there, but residents still struggle with management committees and costs. It's more about timely delivery and basic quality.
