Prestige Meridian Park's daily life isn't worth the price tag.
Prestige Meridian Park ka daily life experience kaisa hai, sach mein? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK wahan. But it's a big jump, yaar. Are those amenities actually useful ya sirf show-off hain? Koi real-world tips for checking livability beyond brochures? Hope someone has some insights.

Mujhe lagta hai Prestige ka naam bikta hai, amenities utni useful nahi hoti. Maine ek dost ka experience suna hai, who booked in their other project near Aavalahalli. He said the club
Totally agree with your point, bhai. My agent is pushing it hard, saying 'Prestige hai toh value for money hai.' But possession is 2026-01-01, that's still so far. And with 900 units, will it feel too crowded? I'm worried about the density.
Exactly! And the RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/090222/004684 shows it's a huge project. Maintenance bhi high hogi pakka.
Crowded toh hoga hi. 900 units is a lot! Plus, think about the traffic near Sarjapur Road when everyone moves in. I'm looking at something similar in Akshayanagar, and even those smaller projects feel congested already.
Yaar, I'm also eyeing Meridian Park, but that ₹1.7 Cr – ₹2.3 Cr price tag for Phase I is making me nervous. Is it really worth it for a first-time buyer like me?
