Plots mein construction quality ka itna issue nahi hota, mostly it's about infrastructure and common amenities. For Park Drive, since it's already completed, you can go and check the actual site conditions and infrastructure yourself.
Prestige Park Drive Ph 2 is actually completed and possession was from May 2022. I checked the RERA, the number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/210525/004161. So for this specific project, delivery wasn't an issue. Prices are quite high though, 86L to 1.7Cr for plots.
Bhai, Prestige ka naam bada hai but experience mixed hi suna hai. My cousin booked a flat in Akshayanagar with them, possession was delayed by almost a year. Plots ka toh pata nahi, but flats mein they do slip sometimes.
