₹1.3 Cr for a 2BHK near Attibele by Prestige Group – is this a fair price for the area? Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the costs. Builders quote one price, but then registration, stamp duty, PLC, parking, and even interiors... sab add ho jaata hai. My parents keep saying to check for hidden charges. What's the real 'all-in' cost I should budget for? Is it usually 15-20% extra on top of the base price? I'm not sure if I'm missing something big. Also, negotiation in Bengaluru – does it actually work with big builders like Prestige? How much can one realistically ask for a discount, ya spot offers ka wait karna chahiye? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
